I wouldn't feel like it was enough so then our dinner would become someone else's dinner as well. To keep myself from ending up in this same situation, i've started making dinners for friends when its convenient, freeze it, then deliver it thawed or frozen (I give them the choice based on when they would like to eat it). That way, when I'm delivering it, I don't have to make enough time to make it and deliver it all at one time. Kuddos to Mommy for making friends dinner!
